The Villages at Windham Meadows II is a non-age restricted condominium community of 58 homes set in a beautifully landscaped subdivision on the west side of Windham. The community was first established in 2005 and building was completed in 2012. See note below about Windham Meadows I being a separate association.

Set in historic Windham, New Hampshire, the community consists of one and two-bedroom homes with a two-car garage, front paver walkways, spacious kitchens, a fireplace in the great room (along with a cathedral ceiling in the two-story, two-bedroom homes), hardwood flooring, crown molding in many homes, first-floor master bedroom suites and a reasonable condo fee. With close proximity to Interstate Route 93 and east-west Route 111, Windham, New Hampshire is about twenty minutes away from both Manchester to the north and Nashua to the west. Salem, NH lies even closer directly east of Windham and offers mall shopping, fine dining and entertainment as well as many, many outdoor activities. The area also contains countless medical facilities and services.

Note: Windham Meadows I is a separate condominimum association located on Brookview Road directly behind WM-II. Brookview and Misty Meadows Roads are shared between the associations. Addressed between #1 and #27 Brookview Road are part of Windham Meadows II and Brookview Road addresses #28 and higher are part of the Windham Meadows I association.
